Most people are attracted to restaurant food by its taste rather than home food. Especially for meat dishes. Shops selling Shawarma, Shawai and Alfam are active even in rural areas today. But who is sure about the safety of meat products we consume?

The presence of bacteria in spoiled meat leads to illnesses such as gastroenteritis and death. At the same time, high meat, a dangerous and deadly food, has become a trend in many parts of the world today.

What is high meat and what are the health problems?

High meat is old, rotten meat. High meat is meat that has been kept unprocessed and fermented for a long time.

There are those who eat it cooked or uncooked for the sake of high meat. A variety of bacteria are present in fermented meat. Due to the chemical reaction that happens while consuming the  high meat some people likely to feel hysterical. Those who eat high meat give the argument that early humans use to ate raw meat.

Eskimos are said to have been the first to use boiled meat in cold countries. Many places in Europe already have such meat-eating populations. It's just that it has recently gained popularity in Europe through social media.

There are people who carve cobras on their tongues and lie intoxicated. A state of mania (euphoria) is reached when the toxic substance it produces mixes with the blood. Similar to this is eating fruit-boiled moonshine. The toxins produced by the bacteria that ferment the meat make people who eat it hysterical.
